Five people, including a child, have been treated for smoke inhalation following a fire in a high-rise building believed to have been caused by a converted e-bike. London Fire Brigade (LFB) said the fire broke out at the 18-floor block of flats on Great Church Lane in Hammersmith, west London, on Thursday night.
Passerbys in central London were shocked to see yellow and red fireworks and flares set off on a major bridge last night. Albert Bridge was set alight and sent some of the explosives over into Thames and on passing boats.
